Terms and Conditions
Who we are
Nitro Casino is operated by BP Group Limited, a company registered in Malta at The Ferries Business Centre, 9 Guze Fava Street, Sliema SLM1632. BP Group Limited holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence, number MGA/B2C/203/2011, to provide Type 1 gaming services.
Age and eligibility
You must be over 18 and have the legal capacity to register and place a bet. You are responsible for making sure that playing is lawful where you are. If we find that a player is under the minimum age, we suspend the account, refund deposits and treat any winnings as void.
Your player account
You may only play through your own account, and you may never use anyone else's. One account per person is allowed, and several accounts registered by you or by people from the same household are not permitted. Keep your details true and up to date, keep your password private, and use the account only for yourself, never for business purposes.
Verification
We may ask for documents at any time. Once your total deposits reach £2,000, we ask for copies of personal documents such as proof of identity, a utility bill, a copy of your payment method or a bank statement. To confirm your age and identity, we can also run a check through an independent credit reference agency. This is not a credit check, so your credit rating is not affected.
Withdrawals
Every withdrawal is approved by us in line with our verification, fraud and payment rules. We aim to process a pending withdrawal within 24 business hours of your request. For security we may ask for extra information or documents before we pay out, especially for a large prize.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team with your username or registered email. The closure takes place within 24 to 48 hours and we confirm it by email. You remain responsible for activity on the account until we confirm the closure. Accounts closed through self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the chosen period ends.
Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact our support team at [email protected] first and we will work with you to settle it. If the matter is still unresolved after our internal complaint procedure, you can take it to eCOGRA, an independent adjudicator that offers free alternative dispute resolution. You can also contact the Malta Gaming Authority.
