The designated home side appears on the left and the away side appears on the right-hand side unless stated otherwise. At a neutral venue, the first-listed side is treated as home. Bets can stand after a venue change when the match is not moved to the opponent's ground and the listed home and away order is not reversed. A changed opponent voids the match bets. We may also void when a reserve or underage team replaces the first team. Unless specified, match markets exclude overtime.
Outright markets use an all-in rule, so a non-runner normally loses and Dead Heat rules apply to joint winners. The official may include later rounds (e.g., Play-offs, Play-outs, Postseason) in final classification. Settlement uses the award ceremony or official scoresheet and later investigations or disqualifications are disregarded. Cancellation voids the outright, and we may void it after a venue change.
We do not accept a multiple containing a related contingency unless we make that combination available. An example is Roger Federer to win a US Open Semi-Final combined with Roger Federer to win the US Open outright. If such a multiple is accepted in error, we void it and return the stake.
For a dead heat, the remaining paying places are divided by the number of Players sharing those places and the place odds are multiplied by that fraction. A push arises from a market possibility of two equal results, such as a draw, tie or exact quoted line, and returns the stake. A two-way winner market ending in a draw is void. An over or under total is void when the result lands exactly on the quoted line, as is an exact-line handicap. A race-to target is void if the match ends before that target is reached.
In head-to-head markets, at least one competitor must finish and all must start. If everyone is disqualified, the bets are void. When two competitors have the same result and no draw price is offered, the bet is void. In Golf 3balls, if Players have an identical round score, Dead Heat rules apply.
For period markets, only goals or points from that period will count towards settlement. Odd or even markets treat total counts of zero as even unless another rule applies. For markets where special betting opportunities are offered outside the general rules, we provide the applicable conditions through our communication channels.
Player bets placed before a venue change are void. If an abandoned or suspended match does not resume within 5 hours, affected player bets are void. A selected player who does not participate also voids that player's bet, and football selections require the player to start. Overtime is included, while penalty shootouts are not included.
The market lists in our special rules for each sport are examples and are not exhaustive.
