Deposit, wager and loss limits

Choose a cap on what you deposit, what you stake or what you can lose over a period you pick. When two of your limits overlap, the tighter one is the one that counts. Lowering a limit works straight away, while raising one only takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Reality checks

A reality check is a pop-up that pauses your game and shows how long you have played, how much you have staked and what you have won or lost in the session. It comes up every 60 minutes by default and stays on. Once you have read it, you decide whether to carry on or stop.

Time out

Need a short break? A time out can last a day, three days, a week, or one, two or three months.

Self-exclusion

For a longer break, self-exclusion locks your account for six or nine months, for one, two or five years, or with no end date. You cannot sign in until the period is over. Requests to change the period go to our support team and are reviewed under our safer gambling duties, and a fixed exclusion is never lifted early. If you have no account with us, you can still ask us to block you from signing up, provided the details you give us are the same ones you would register with.

Closing your account

You can close your account whenever you like by contacting our support team. Any balance left is paid back once our identity checks are finished.
